I find the services awfully overpriced. I also had received a coupon via email for $19.95 oil change with a picture of a cross trek on the coupon. When I presented it at the time I dropped my car off for service, I was told that that coupon was not valid because my car requires full synthetic oil and that was for regular oil. However nowhere on the coupon does it state anything about synthetic or regular oil. Disappointing! I'll probably go somewhere with better prices for my next service.

I brought my 2009 Outback in for an oil...
I brought my 2009 Outback in for an oil change and to have the catalytic converter changed as recommended. While there I also decided to have two crossbars installed so I could carry light loads overhead. Everyone was helpful and the work was finished in the time promised.

There are only two things I recommend you...
There are only two things I recommend you improve on, both having to do with customer privacy/security and safety: 1) Don't repeat the customer's phone number and address and/or email address out loud. The clerks are loudly announcing our personal information to a roomful of strangers. This needs to stop, identity theft is too prevalent for you to not realize what a bad practice this is. Ask the customer to check the info on the screen for accuracy instead. 2) When my car was brought around for pickup (after the repairs were completed) my driver's side window was ROLLED ALL THE WAY DOWN, AND THE DOORS UNLOCKED in an area where there are a lot of transients and day laborers walking by. I have my GPS right on my dashboard. Of course our registration documents are also kept in the car, as any thief knows. I take care to ALWAYS lock my vehicle, so how on earth does Wentworth Subaru think it's okay to leave my car unlocked with the windows rolled down? Those are two pretty huge problems, actually, and if I (or another customer) experienced a loss/theft due to these practices then the dealership could be liable for quite a bit. So, I strongly recommend you change both those practices ASAP.
