Came in got window fixed and oil change....
Came in got window fixed and oil change. When I left and got in car next day my computer was still saying need oil change 0%. Which makes me nervous that I got rushed through and who knows what really got done and did not. I purchased my truck through wentworth in 04 new and was looking to trade in this summer and get another new but this does make me think a little more about my decision to spend $62000. I worked at a dealership in my past and understand the need for movement but also someone is to look at each technocians work and double check or at least use to. I need to bring truck in and get computer reset but again that is my tome which is very limited as is so this does frustrate me .

I called on a Friday afternoon to see if they could do an oil change before I headed out of town. They quickly accommodated me and in an hour my car was lubed, tires were rotated and a recall issue checked. I really do live Wentworth Subaru! They are fast, friendly and I know my car is getting the best service! Can't say enough good things about them.

brought car in for 120k maintenance and...
brought car in for 120k maintenance and with 2 specific complaints that we wanted addressed. your team had the car for a week, had no problem running up an $1100+ bill, and made literally NO attempt to diagnose the problems we wanted addressed. After 4 days when i called to ask about the status of the specific issues we had described, i was told no one had worked on them. they had the car 2 more days after that and still did nothing. when i picked it up after 6 days in your shop, both issues were still present. and in fact, the person who was tasked with bringing my car to me after i paid for it was unable to find the car for 20+ minutes and couldn't be bothered with walking faster than a slow saunter. Even after I asked him if he could move faster, he showed no sense of urgency. overall, a very disappointing effort
