I bought my Chevy Malibu in for regular service. I also needed an estimate for some minor bodywork. Bill was my rep. I had no problems at all. The service was first rate. I was in and out in a little over an hour (very valuable to me)The estimate was thorough. The service writer from the body shop took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I purchased my Malibu at Wentworth in 2011. I have had it in for service several times since. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I simply will not use any other dealership.
