I went to several different dealerships and was very impressed with Lance Knopp from my first telephone conversation with him. He was very professional, knew the product, and went the extra mile to teach us the instrumentation since it was the first time we had a nav system in the car. My wife loves the new car and I will tell my friends of our experience.
